Alison Hunt - Medical Director
Alison is a local ENT Consultant with over a decade of experience at consultant level. Based at Milton Keynes University Hospital and privately at the Saxon Clinic, Alison has trained at prestigious institutions such as Guy’s and St Thomas’s in London and completed post-graduate training in Oxford. As a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, she brings high professional standards and a caring, supportive attitude to her patients. Alison’s goal, along with her dedicated team, is always to deliver the best care and outcomes for those who entrust us with their health.

Ian Pickering - Managing Director ​​
​Ian brings a wealth of experience from a long career in the UK Defence sector and SME business management. With an MBA from Henley Business School, Ian’s hands-on approach and strong leadership ensure that Alician operates smoothly and with a focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes. Alongside Alison, Ian leads the team intending to make Alician a trusted and reliable choice for those seeking high-quality care.
